Is something bothering you...here is how to deal with it

Here is what to do when you have something bothering you.

 Oh yeah its been a while hasn’t it, I hope you have been well…I’m back here to motivate you and chat with you so keep reading.

With this pandemic, panic, uncertainty and worry has arose in most of us. I have not been spared but I have realized that there are ways that you can deal with whatever is bothering you.

One thing that that I have found most helpful is to find someone to talk to. It could be a friend, your parent, girlfriend, boyfriend, spouse or even a counsellor. 

That’s when you will begin to realise that the problem may not be as big as it sounds in your head. Better still you could get to realise that you are not the only one going through that and you could get advice on how to deal with it.

If you are not much of a talker, you could write down how you are feeling on a piece of paper, in your phone or your good old fashioned paperback diary. 

I have often found out that downloading a notepad or diary on google play store helps a lot. You can type all you want and it gives you that wonderful feeling of having to throw out the negativity in the trash.

It’s all about letting it out and not letting it eat you up…

But when you feel that it’s too much for you be sure to reach out for professional counselling
